GGW2 Series 4G Smart Digital Air Circuit Breaker (ACB)

At the core of the GGW2 is an electronic trip and metering platform. Instead of relying on traditional thermal-magnetic behavior, it continuously measures operating conditions and provides protection functions such as overload, short-circuit, undervoltage, and single-phase ground fault protection (where configured). This digital approach supports better selective coordination, helping isolate only the faulted circuit while keeping upstream and parallel circuits energized—an important advantage for facilities that cannot afford widespread shutdowns.

The GGW2 also adds practical "smart power" capabilities. It can track and record key electrical values including current, voltage, kW, kVAR, kVA, and energy, then share data through common communication methods or via an integrated 4G / NB‑IoT connection. Operators can view breaker status, receive alarms, and perform remote open/close control through a phone interface or SCADA—often without additional gateways or complicated wiring.

For panel builders, the details are straightforward: a clear digital display and keypad for setup, robust terminals suited to high-current bus connections, and an optional external antenna to improve signal strength when installed inside metal switchgear or remote enclosures.
